Staff

Meet the friendly staff at Ontario Veterinary Hospital!

  • Dr. Alexis Solis DVM

Dr. Solis is a dedicated veterinarian with a passion for comprehensive pet care, including surgery,
rehabilitation, and nutrition. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from California State
Polytechnic University, Pomona, where her strong foundation in animal sciences set the stage for
a lifelong commitment to veterinary medicine.
Driven by a desire to make a global impact, Dr. Solis pursued her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
(DVM) at St. George’s University in the West Indies. She completed her clinical year training at
Oregon State University, where she honed her practical skills and developed a keen interest in
advanced surgical techniques and rehabilitative care.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Solis is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, traveling, and
staying active. She also finds joy in baking and exploring new culinary creations. At home, she is
a proud pet parent to three rescued dogs—Emmy, Mia, and Chula—who inspire her daily and
remind her of the profound bond between people and their pets.
Dr. Solis is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and building lasting
relationships with both pets and their families.

  • Venus Pun DVM

Dr. Venus Pun was born and raised in Macau and moved to California to pursue her dream of becoming a veterinarian. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Biology from UC Davis, then worked as a veterinary technician for several years before attending Western University of Health Sciences, where she received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).

Dr. Pun has a special interest in preventative care and internal medicine, and she values thoughtful, compassionate communication with the families she works with. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, which helps her connect with a broader range of pet owners in the community.

Dr. Pun is happily married and shares her home with three beloved cats—Mao Mao, Dao Dao, and Chappy. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, watching movies, and spending cozy weekends at home with her cats

  • Talia Noble
    Veterinary Assistant
I love coming to work everyday! Ever since I started working here at Anderson Veterinary Clinic I have been reading and learning as much as I can about pet health and well being. Now my pets and I are living a healthier life and can pass my knowledge and experience to other families so they too can discover wellness!
